As I had mentioned in this Q and A, I am working this week on something coming up soon so even though I am not recording workouts, I will be training!! I plan to revisit some of my favourite workouts! Below is a link to the playlist and will be in order that I will complete them!


Tomorrow it will be shoulders, Tuesday leg day circuits, Wednesday ‘Killer’ upper body workout, Friday a strength session of the full body that’ll get your heart rate up too and Sunday dumbbell HIIT!

Time-Tested Advice for Becoming Physically Fit

Some people are unsuccessful in reaching their weight loss goals because they lack motivation or the knowledge to succeed. Fortunately, opportunities abound when you wish to turn working out into something fun. These are some ways to help you get started.

Turn on your favorite music while you are exercising. Your body will not be able to resist the rhythm of the music. A lot of people instinctively react to music when they hear it. You can make your workout more rewarding and fun if you pick music that will make you feel like you are dancing. Doing this dance will be so much fun that you will completely forget about feeling tired. Music is an excellent way to increase your workout time without even realizing you are exercising.

Find a companion to work with, and you will be able help each other along the way as you try to lose weight and get healthier. You can have the fun of a workout buddy and the support of tracking your progress together. In addition, both of you can set up small competitions. You do not even realize how quickly time flies when you are working out with a friend. This way, you can enjoy the time you are exercising and associate it with good emotions.

See if you can find a video game that is exercise-oriented. The benefit of using a video game to work out is that because it is fun, you are do not feel as if you are exercising. Being distracted certainly helps you to continue exercising longer before you notice you are tired. Since you are playing the game and having fun, you will working out longer than normal.

Be sure that the exercise attire you buy is figure flattering. New clothes make you feel good and will provide you with the motivation you need to begin a new exercise routine. There are tons of different styles and colors of workout attire available. You can have fun choosing an outfit that looks good and expresses your personality while you work out. Wearing this apparel will give you the drive to work out.

Switch the order of your routines or do something entirely differently to avoid becoming bored. Keeping your workouts fresh is the key to staving off boredom and maintaining your interest. Keeping yourself motivated is important. If you lose interest in your exercise program, then that could lead to quitting. Once you stop, it becomes a whole lot more difficult to restart.

It is important to reward yourself when you hit a fitness goal, especially because it motivates you to continue moving forward. Your actual reward and its size are unimportant. If it is something you love, such as a “bad” food, then this can an effective reward for you as long as you do not overindulge. If you are going to give yourself a reward, you should make it something your really going to look forward to getting. It is important to maintain a high level of motivation as you make progress toward your goal.

Do not think of exercising as nothing but a chore. With the right kinds of exercise and ways to change up your routine, you can learn to enjoy exercise, and have fun. By reading these tips, you can optimize your workout.
