When you exercise with a buddy, it will seem so much easier and a lot of fun. The time you spend exercising will speed by if you are socializing while you work out. You and your buddy will be shocked at how fast you lose weight when you do it together.
A new way to workout while having a lot of fun at the same time is through video game workouts. By playing a game or doing other things you like, you will forget that you are even exercising. It is less likely that you are will get tired or frustrated and stop your routine.
Over time you will start to look better in your workout clothes and feel better while working out. When you look good and feel good you will want to go to the gym a lot more. Invest some money into some exercise gear that is comfortable and makes your body look great. Just be sure that it is something that you don’t feel self-conscious wearing. The rewards can be modest, like a new pair of shoes or a dessert you have been craving. When picking your reward, make sure it’s something that you will look forward to getting and can use as a motivational tool. It is important that you stay motivated.
