Mario Party Fitness – A Virtual PE Workout or Classroom Brain Break Activity

Get your students moving with some of their favorite characters! Try to score points by guessing who will win the Mario Party mini game. After students make their choice and exercise for 20 seconds, students will watch the mini game play out. As they cheer their character on in the mini game, they can complete the movement Mario is demonstrating on the side of the screen. If their character wins, they score 3 points! Students can keep track of their points throughout the game. Good luck!

Lack of motivation is the number one reason for failed weight loss attempts. Often, you simply can’t find the necessary willpower. Purchase a workout video game to give your weight loss a fun boost. The advantage of this method is that when you are playing a workout video game, it is easy to get consumed in the game itself and not even realize that you are actually exercising. By concentrating on something other than your physical exertion, you will maintain energy for a greater period of time, and will be able to exercise more.

Find and purchase exercise clothes that flatter your figure. If you dress in workout attire, you will be more motivated to exercise. You may find that specialized exercise clothes are costlier, although the wide range of items currently available helps make workouts more fun and less difficult.
